Have you purchased Babyganics products lately or in the past?
There is a settlement if you have made at least (1) qualifying purchase between Sept 7 2010 thru June 26 2018. Purchases must have been made in the USA.
The settlement is in regards to how Babyganics was in violation of laws in sales and marketing in which they labeled items “natural.”
No proof of purchase required if you purchased at least 8 products.
Please do not fill out or request a settlement check if you have never purchased their products.
The settlement states that if you purchased at least 16 products or more, you can fill out the form but will require a proof of purchase for all the products.
