Wanted to love it, but not 5 stars
This might be a decent projector if it were maybe half the price, but as I suspected, it is not worthy of 5 stars after all. When I ordered this it had all five star reviews which gave me pause but I thought, be optimistic, maybe it really is just that good. Well folks, it's not. It's fine, it's decent, but it's not at all what I thought it would be based on reviews.First of all it's loud, louder than the last two projectors I've had. The fan is just super noisy. On top of that, the sound is not at all great, so you definitely would need a sound dock or bar or some sort of third-party speaker for this to be worthwhile. It also sometimes turned in in safe mode, and then "safe mode" would appear in the corner of everything.The picture? Not so great. It seemed to get better over time, or perhaps I just got used to it, but some things looked straight-up odd on the "screen"/wall. After reading reviews I had much higher expectations and they were let down across the board. Also, I'm not a fan that it starts at home base every time you turn it on and does't remember the input selection from last/typical.The one thing I did appreciate was that it had a sleep timer, going up to 1 hour. That was nice.Other than that, I was not impressed with this thing unfortunately and am returning it and going back into the amazon review pool to try to find one that is satisfying. 🤞

First of all it's loud, louder than the last two projectors I've had. The fan is just super noisy. On top of that, the sound is not at all great, so you definitely would need a sound dock or bar or some sort of third-party speaker for this to be worthwhile. It also sometimes turned in in safe mode, and then "safe mode" would appear in the corner of everything.
The picture? Not so great. It seemed to get better over time, or perhaps I just got used to it, but some things looked straight-up odd on the "screen"/wall. After reading reviews I had much higher expectations and they were let down across the board. Also, I'm not a fan that it starts at home base every time you turn it on and does't remember the input selection from last/typical.
