Same as Debbi, ordered the diffuser for my vehicle, the scent canister was not with the car diffuser, so ordered the scent canister and the cotton insert did not come with any of the two purchased items. Now 325 dollars into this purchase and still can not use the diffuser. If I would have known all the different purchases I would have never purchased this item. Very unhappy with this and will contact aroma 360 and hopefully resolve this issue. Buyer beware.

I ordered the car diffuser and it was missing the refill bottle and cotton core so I requested a replacement and when I received the replacement it too was missing the same parts which means I had a product I couldn't even use so I decided to just return it for a refund.

Buyer beware! Do not purchase this diffuser from Aroma 360! I own multiple diffusers and this has been the only one I regret buying. No smell comes out to fill even a small area. It stopped working within days and the company refuses to replace or reimburse. I have been using essential oils for more than 10 years and never experienced such a poor customer experience. Do not buy this diffuser from Aroma 360.
