    Weather hasn't permitted washing the car yet. But, I have to say, this sucker is huge! Bristol's are very soft, I'm still Leary of using a brush on the car, but will give it a try when the weather is warmer. Standard hole for a broom or mop handle to screw into. Or, since it's flow thru, if you have the pole/hose to go with it. Wondering if it could be used for other things, like the deck, the Bristol's are very soft though, probably act more like a broom than a scrubber. Could clean the pool, bird bath, house siding, windows?

    I bought a new pick up truck in the Fall and have been wanting to wash it now that the Winter is over. Going to a car wash hasn't been an option as I do not want to damage my beautiful new metallic paint.

    I shopped online and found this car wash brush on Amazon that would enable me to reach on top of my pick up. I thought I would buy it and give it a try.

    I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. The bristles are so soft and the handle very sturdy, it even came with a bunch of extra washers and stuff.

    I still haven't used it, due to the weather and my work schedule, but I am so looking forward to try it... maybe even later today!

    What I really like about the POOPLE 12" Flow-Thru Heavy Duty Car Wash Brush Head is what I initially did not like about it; its weight. This is a pretty large brush with soft ended bristles. It's size and sturdy construction mean it is also quite hefty. At first I tried washing my entire truck with this but that will wipe you out quick! For the sides, I recommend a lighter brush. Where this really shines is on the hood , windshield and roof. Those are areas where you are usually reaching out far and don't have much leverage to scrub well. The heft of this brush will basically do that work for you while you just send it back and forth across the surface. Especially up on the roof. If you are looking for a specialty brush to clean these areas, the POOPLE 12" Flow-Thru Heavy Duty Car Wash Brush Head will definitely do the trick :)

    So, just got this in today. The size of this brush is large enough to make good headway in your cleaning task while not being so large as to be cumbersome. It is stout, has weight to it, and appears that it will last. It has many, many (plastic) bristles. The end of these bristles have been unraveled to give it a softer yet still firm texture. Of course, as described, you can screw in the (not included) handle of your choice. Having said this, I will not be using this on my vehicles. After all the work I've put into getting/maintaining their finishes, I'm not inclined to use this instead of a microfiber towel. But, for a work truck or an older car where you just want to get the dirt/grime off, this should work fine. I really ordered this for the cleaning of my solar panels. And, for this purpose, it should be perfect! It also appears that it would do an excellent job on a boat or any other type surfaces. I think this product deserves 4.5 stars.

If you don't have that, I highly recommend it! This replacement brush is as excellent as the original that came with it the set. It's soft and doesn't leave any scratches, but I can put a little something behind it to clean the grill well.

    Needed a rounded corner brush to supplement the wide straight brush I already had to help with creases and curve areas. This one has the typical heavy molded base that other premium brushes has. The screw mount is standard for broom handles threads. Including the pass through one that came with my other kit. Making it an easy swap out of brush heads during car washing. Best features is the excellent job fraying the nylon strand ends to make the contact area soft and gentle. Very uniform from curved end to curved end.

    The only negative is the weight. But I prefer the heavy duty base as it last longer than the thinner ones. Those tend to crack at the screw mount, and then it's only good as a stand alone hand brush.

    I picked this up to replace the brush I’ve been using. This brush has bristles that extend from the sides, the brush I’ve been using only has bristles that extend straight down. If I’m not careful when using the old brush, I’ll bash the hard plastic of the brush into the mirrors or other parts of the truck– this should make it much faster to use.
    The bristles are soft enough so that there will be no damage to the finish as long as you keep the dirt from collecting in the brush. This makes washing the camper almost easy and does a great job on the truck.

    I've used this brush several times and it does a great job of scrubbing away road grime. My only concern is that the bristles are a bit too stiff for my tastes. I'm not a spotless, scratch-free, mirror-shine finish kind of car owner, but I do try to avoid needless abrasion. Softer bristles may not last as long, but they are much gentler in removing the tiny dust particles that act as sandpaper during any kind of brushing. That being said, this brush will remove more built-up grime with less scrubbing since the bristles will transmit more cleaning "power" to the surface. If cleaning efficiency is what matters to you, and not a pristine paint job for ever and ever, then this is the brush to get.
