It does the job, but I find the size too large and the fit a bit bulky. I am 5 feet seven inches and 165 pounds, so it is not because I am a small woman. I much prefer emerita's 100% natural cotton panty liners. My need is not for menstrual flow but for occasional urinary leaks. So that may be why I have that preference. I tried the Kotex because the emerita liners are no longer available for automatic delivery, and so I will either buy emerita one at a time or search further.

They work, they have a nice cottony-type cover against the skin unlike the plastic covering on Always brand. But they are kind of stiff feeling. Not as soft/squishy (for lack of a better term) as some others. Daughter refers to them as feeling like thin cardboard. But they did absorb, so they work for bed time and emergencies.
